Dances of Ecstasy: 5Rhythms+Ecstatic Dance SPECIAL

Dances of Ecstasy is a special offering introducing two related modalities of conscious dance: 5Rhythms and Ecstatic Dance. We offer it as the closing event of the EdanZ Open-House Day on Sunday, September 6, under a very special promotional half-price of 11 euros (regular Ecstatic Dance price is 22 euros). If you were always curious to try each of these modalities - or want to introduce a friend: this is the right time!

What to expect: The event starts at 19:00 (doors to the dance space open at 18:45). Mia will introduce the 5Rhythms Wave, guiding you through a journey where you can explore how different rhythms move through you — and how you move with them. It's an opportunity to meet parts of you that don't always show up on the dance floor — or in life, expanding your movement vocabulary.

We will then flow into the second part of the evening with DJ Ramon and Ecstatic Dance: free-form movement with no choreography or planned steps. This is your time to shake out anything that feels stuck in your body, or simply enjoy a spacious, expressive dance evening.

***We dance without words, shoes, or substances, allowing the body to respond intuitively to music and the energy of others on the dance floor. Dance solo, with a partner, or in a group. The choice is always yours.
